The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns and Exchanges
We will work with you to return or exchange items. We understand that buying online doesn't provide the 'in-person experience'. That is why we provide up to 14 days of receiving the item to make a decision.
If you receive an item that is flawed, defective, or you receive it and it doesn't meet the 5 STAR status, please reach out to us to work through an exchange or return. All items returned must me in original and unused condition.
Processing and Shipping Time
All items are made as they are received in my studio. We take great pride in providing quality products for everyone and want to ensure you receive the best item as timely as possible.
CURRENT Processing time is 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted, and if we have it ready made, it will ship even faster.
We ship First Class through USPS, and currently the USPS states that most packages will arrive in 3 days. With all USPS shipping, tracking is provided for you to check the tracking details through Etsy or USPS directly. Please note during holidays and peak shipping times, delays will occur and this is out of our hands once it is with USPS. We will work with you to find your package if possible.
Sizing details
Clothing - all sizing for children's clothing runs true to size. The designs of our clothing line are cut for room to grow and be a kid, so they provide comfort, style and fit for extended time.
Scrub Hats - all scrub hats are a one size fits most... from petite to XL. We highly encourage your to contact us If you have questions or find that an order does not fit well, please contact me directly to work through it.
